These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forge AI ("Forge," "Service"), operated by WealthHealth AI. By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Forge. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@forgeai.bot if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Forge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.
Forge provides software that runs locally on your device and connects to AI models via our API proxy. We provide:
The AI runs on your computer. We do not store, read, or analyze your conversations. The AI's responses are generated by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) via our proxy.
Forge offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days advance notice to your account email.
Refund policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact billing@forgeai.bot for billing issues.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to use Forge to:
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
The AI responses generated through Forge are produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for evaluating and using AI output appropriately.
Do not rely solely on Forge for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. AI can make errors.
You retain ownership of any content you input into Forge. You acknowledge that inputs are processed by third-party AI providers under their own terms.
Each subscription plan includes a monthly API usage budget (in USD of API costs). If you exceed your plan's budget, your AI access will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan. We are not liable for service interruption due to budget limits.
The Forge software, website, branding, and documentation are owned by WealthHealth AI. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Forge software without our written permission.
Your use of Forge is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Forge, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.
Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthHealth AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of Forge, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthHealth AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Forge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
