The core of our privacy model: your conversations never leave your device. Forge runs locally. We cannot read your chats, and we never will.
Forge AI ("Forge," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of WealthHealth AI. We build software that runs on your computer — not in our cloud. Our contact email is privacy@forgeai.bot.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and a provider-issued identifier from them — we never receive your Google or Apple password.
Billing information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details — Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Usage metrics: We track token usage (how many AI requests you make) via LiteLLM, our API proxy. This data is aggregate volume information used for billing and service health. We do not store or analyze the content of your requests.
Optional analytics: If you opt in during registration, we may collect anonymous crash reports and feature usage events to improve Forge. This is opt-in only, unchecked by default, and contains no conversation content. You can change this preference in your account settings at any time.
We want to be explicit about what we cannot and do not collect:
This is not a policy choice — it is an architectural one. Forge is designed so that we are technically incapable of accessing your conversations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Stripe: Payment processing. Your billing data is stored and managed by Stripe under their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Anthropic (via our proxy): AI model provider. When you use Forge, your AI sends requests through our LiteLLM proxy to Anthropic's API. These requests are authenticated with our account key — Anthropic does not know they originate from you. We do not store the content of these requests. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to their handling of API requests at anthropic.com/privacy.
Google / Apple: If you sign in with Google or Apple, those providers share limited profile data (name, email, profile photo) with us. Their respective privacy policies govern what they collect on their end.
Your account data is stored on servers we operate. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. We do not store API keys in retrievable form beyond what is necessary for billing enforcement.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your data from our systems.

California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@forgeai.bot.
Forge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information promptly. Users must confirm they are 13 or older at registration.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was last changed. Continued use of Forge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
