The core of our privacy model: Your conversations will always remain anonymous, and we cannot nor will we ever read them. Forge runs locally. Any data used to improve your experience is processed automatically and anonymously - no human ever sees your conversation content.
WealthHealth AI Inc ("WealthHealth AI," "we," "us," or "our") operates Forge AI as a consumer product. We build software that runs on your computer - not in our cloud. Our contact email is privacy@forgeai.bot.
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email, and a provider-issued identifier from them, and we never receive your Google or Apple password.
Billing information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Usage metrics: We track token usage (how many AI requests you make) via LiteLLM, our API proxy. This data is aggregate volume information used for billing and service health. We do not store or analyze the content of your requests.
Optional analytics: If you opt in during registration, we may collect anonymous crash reports and feature usage events to improve Forge. This is opt-in only, unchecked by default, and contains no conversation content. You can change this preference in your account settings at any time.
Forge's AI memory system is powered by antaris-suite, developed by Antaris Analytics LLC. With your consent, your AI assistant's local memory index generates anonymous word-pair frequency statistics - aggregate counts of which words appear near each other in your conversations (for example, that "meeting" often appears near "reschedule"). These statistics contain no conversation content, no personal information, and cannot identify you or reconstruct your conversations. They are transmitted to Antaris Analytics LLC to improve AI memory search quality for all users.
This feature is off by default. You can grant or revoke consent at any time in account settings.

This is not a policy choice: it is an architectural one. Forge is designed so that we are technically incapable of reading your conversations. Note: if you opt in to AI Memory Improvement (Section 2), anonymous word-pair frequency statistics are shared with Antaris Analytics LLC. These are not conversation content and cannot identify you.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
Stripe: Payment processing. Your billing data is stored and managed by Stripe under their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
our AI provider (via our proxy): AI model provider. When you use Forge, your AI sends requests through our LiteLLM proxy to our AI provider's API. These requests are authenticated with our account key. our AI provider does not know they originate from you. We do not store the content of these requests. our AI provider's privacy policy applies to their handling of API requests at anthropic.com/privacy.
Google / Apple: If you sign in with Google or Apple, those providers share limited profile data (name, email, profile photo) with us. Their respective privacy policies govern what they collect on their end.
Antaris Analytics LLC: AI memory infrastructure provider. If you opt in to AI Memory Improvement, anonymous word-pair frequency statistics are transmitted to Antaris Analytics LLC (GDPR-compliant servers, EU region). No conversation content, personal information, or user identifiers are transmitted. See antarisanalytics.ai/privacy.
Your account data is stored on servers we operate. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext. We do not store API keys in retrievable form beyond what is necessary for billing enforcement.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which permanently removes your data from our systems.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@forgeai.bot.
Forge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information promptly. Users must confirm they are 13 or older at registration.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the app. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when it was last changed. Continued use of Forge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
